Level 1 - Discovery

Level 2 - Analysis:
▪ Preparing a list of keywords for targeting in the campaign, after reviewing Primary Keywords; reviewing primary keywords on their search popularity and relevancy to website, before coming up with a final list.
▪ Making a plan regarding changes to-be-made in website's structure; for example, adjustments in Site Map, Meta / h1 Tags, Header Tags, etc.
▪ Checking additional content requirements on client's website and to ascertain the degree of comprehensiveness and relevancy, needed
▪ Creating an action plan

Level 3 – Implementation:
▪ Having a meeting with Client to plan strategy, and officially assigning an Account Manager.

▪ Modifying meta tags, h1 tags and site maps, and other important on-site changes
▪ Setting up an automated process via which website will present on-going, updated content; doing it through Blog, RSS Feed, or CMS (Content Management System)
▪ Creation of brand-new content and building an all-inclusive “knowledge center”
▪ Starting-up an inbound link acquisition campaign in order to produce quality, high-value links suitably matching client's website content
▪ Development / Distribution of press releases, keyword-rich Articles, and by-lined Articles to gain quality traffic
▪ Initiating social media campaigns for get quality inbound links
▪ Submitting in reputed directories for more visibility
Level 4 - Management
▪ When the campaign is under way you will be provided weekly reports on the status of tasks that we have done towards your month-by-month 'Plan of Action'.
▪ An Account Manager will be permanently assigned to you. You can discuss your campaign with that person anytime you feel necessary and to clarify your doubts
▪ We will dispatch a report each month which will tell about services performed, back-links created; a rankings report, along with rankings movement will also be attached
▪ A follow-up call will be made each month to review prior months results, and to decide the next 'plan-of-action'
